Sergey Kulyagin

Sergey Kulyagin serves as the CFO for Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations at JetZero since June 2023. Previously, Sergey held the position of Executive Director at Plane View Partners, LLC from May 2015 to June 2023, where Sergey led key advisory roles, notably facilitating Boeing's strategic investment in Wisk and Airbus' acquisition of Bombardier's C-Series Program. Sergey’s extensive experience includes roles such as Interim Head of Strategy at Wisk, SVP of Strategic Planning at AerCap, and VP of Strategic Planning at International Lease Finance Corporation, contributing to major M&A transactions and strategic developments in the aviation sector. Sergey began a career at Accenture and Airbus Americas, and earlier worked with the Danish Refugee Council focusing on strategic planning in humanitarian contexts. Sergey holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Shenandoah University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Linguistics from Stavropol State University.
