Judith Emmons

Judith Emmons, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Judith is currently the Senior Vice President Home Care Services at JEVS Human Services, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Congreso de Latinos Unidos where they held various positions, including Vice President of Healthcare Services, Director of Primary Care, Programmatic Administrative Manager, and Administrative Manager, Health Divisions. At Catapult Learning, Judith served as a Senior Proposal Associate, and at Puerto Rican Unity for Progress, Inc., they were a Work Readiness Instructor. Their expertise includes healthcare services, program management, administrative duties, proposal coordination, and social services.

Judith Emmons, MPH, obtained their Master's degree in Public Health from Drexel University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies at Rutgers University - Camden from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca in 2007, focusing on Spanish Language and Culture.
