Cindy Eckes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and corporate administration. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Jewelers Mutual Group since March 2012, Cindy Eckes develops innovative technology and non-technology solutions aimed at supporting and enhancing the jewelry industry. Previously, at Big Earth Publishing from June 2006 to December 2011, Cindy Eckes held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Business Services & Human Relations, where responsibilities included overseeing information technology, human resources, customer service, finance, and legal communications. Additionally, Cindy Eckes managed IT infrastructure across six locations, trained staff in accounting software, and executed corporate governance functions as the Director of Corporate Administration & Corporate Secretary. Cindy Eckes holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
