Kelly McCartney

Kelly McCartney has extensive experience within Jewelers Mutual Group, serving in various leadership roles since 2006, including VP of Jeweler Solutions and VP of Product & Customer Insights, where responsibilities included leading a product team focused on the jewelry industry and driving transformational change in Commercial Lines. Kelly has held key positions such as Director of Business Integration, Director of Information Technology, and Director of Infrastructure & DevOps, overseeing large teams and spearheading initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes co-owning Sunbow Painters and serving as an Insurance Agent for both State Farm and Ameriprise Financial Services. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration with a Business minor from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and recently completed further education at St. Norbert College.
