Alessandro Scanu is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Jewell Events Catering since January 2007, Alessandro manages logistics for banquet and catering operations, achieving significant sales efficiencies exceeding $20 million. Previous roles include Restaurant District Manager, Beverage Director, and Director of Food and Beverage at various establishments where Alessandro implemented cost control measures, enhanced sales, and reduced employee turnover rates.
