Donna Burns

Donna Burns joined Jewelry Television® (JTV) in 2007 and serves as the company’s Chief Service Officer and Executive Vice President of Broadcast Sales. In her role as Chief Service Officer, she oversees Human Resources and GemStore Operations. In their roles as EVPs of Broadcast Sales, she and Bob Hall share responsibilities for the On-Air Host Team, the Broadcast Production team, Sales Producers, Programming, and the Digital Media Group.

Donna has been instrumental in helping the company achieve its strategic plans by developing a culture of talent development and one that results in an excellent experience for JTV customers, both internal and external.

Donna has over 25 years of retail experience. Prior to joining JTV, she worked with Proffitt’s Department Store in both their Store Operations and Human Resources and Training Divisions. She spent 20 years serving in the Saks Incorporated organization in various executive leadership roles, such as Vice President of Training and Development and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Saks Incorporated’s Parisian Division.

Donna graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Communications.
