Josh Harness is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the jewelry retail sector, currently serving as Chief Technology Architect at Jewelry Television since July 2005. Harness has spearheaded innovative projects, including the design of the "Partner Central" vendor portal and the successful migration of the e-commerce platform from Demandware to Oracle Commerce. Previous roles as Principal Software Architect and Software Engineer involved the implementation of systems such as the IVR Express Ordering System and the development of a modern contact center application, showcasing a strong foundation in system architecture and application development. Prior experience includes a Computer Analyst position at BWXT Y-12, where contributions were made to the e-QIP system, enhancing national security clearance processes. Josh Harness holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
