Rita Verreos

Rita Verreos is a seasoned bilingual broadcast television host with extensive experience in live event hosting, production, and journalism. Currently serving as the first bilingual host for Jewelry Television since August 2022, Rita co-hosts live shows in English and played a pivotal role in launching the JTV Español network. Previous roles include emceeing and producing live events for Challenge Entertainment, hosting and producing content for Latin Connection Magazine and Television, and serving as a news anchor and reporter for various renowned media outlets including Telemundo and Entravision. Rita's educational background includes degrees in French and Italian Language and Literature from UCLA and the University of California, Berkeley, along with a recent certification as an Applied Jewelry Professional from the Gemological Institute of America.
