RJ Braden is a seasoned controls engineer with extensive experience in designing and programming electrical control systems for robotic and automated machinery. Currently serving as a Senior Controls Engineer at Jewett Automation since April 2019, RJ previously held similar roles at Flexicell and Kaufman Engineered Systems. Early career positions included electrical controls engineering at Radco Industries, Advanced-Machines, and Wauseon Machine & Manufacturing, where RJ developed comprehensive controls for various machinery, established standards for documentation, and streamlined engineering processes.
