Melissa Waite is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the banking industry. Starting as a Teller and progressing to Branch Manager and Training Officer, Melissa now serves as a Regional Branch Manager/AVP. Melissa has also worked in customer service and concessions/lottery sales. Melissa holds a diploma from the Connecticut School of Finance & Management and completed their high school education at Plainfield High School. Melissa is dedicated to overseeing multiple branch locations, coordinating staffing levels, and providing excellent customer service while enforcing bank policies and procedures.
