Hagai Dagan

Hagai Dagan has extensive experience in educational and leadership roles in non-profit organizations. Hagai started their career in 2008 as the Pre-army Program Coordinator for the Southern Sharon Division of the Israeli Scouts. In 2010, they became the South Tel-Aviv Region Director for the Israeli Scouts, where they oversaw educational programs in the region. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the North Region Director for the Israeli Scouts. In 2014, they joined the Jewish Agency for Israel as the Director of the Israel Centre in Cape Town, where they were responsible for strategic planning, educational programs, youth group leadership, event planning, and representing the organization in the region.

Hagai Dagan's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Hagai pursued a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Philosophy and Computer Science and graduated with honors in 2007. Following this, in 2007, they took admission to Tel Aviv University to pursue a Master's degree in History and Philosophy. However, they completed only one year of studies before ending their program in 2008. To further enhance their skills, Hagai attended the Zipori Group Facilitators Training Institute in 2009 where they obtained a Group Facilitator Certification.
