Victoria Dolan

Victoria Dolan is a high impact global senior business leader who guides boards on transformation, strategic planning, finance, enterprise risk, operations, supply chain and manufacturing, governance, and M&A. She brings more than 35 years of experience in global brand companies including Revlon, Colgate-Palmolive, Marriott International, The Coca-Cola Company, and Atlantic Richfield (ARCO). She has a proven track record of delivering growth-oriented business results. Victoria lived and worked on four continents (North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe) and has a deep understanding of global cultures and business practices.

Victoria was most recently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Revlon where for almost five years she led transformation, strategic planning, global finance, investor relations, enterprise risk management (ERM), information technology, and cybersecurity solutions. In this role, Victoria worked directly with the Revlon Board and Audit and Compensation Committees. She was a key member of the Executive Leadership Team allocating resources to drive market, brand, and financial performance and to support the highly leveraged legacy capital structure.

Victoria joined the Board of Directors of Ocean Spray in 2020 as a Board Strategic Advisor and is Vice Chair of the Audit Committee and is on the Compensation and Development Committees. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Audit and Finance Committees of both The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2016) and TCS Education System (2018), as well as several special subgroups. Appointed as Chair of the Finance Committee for TCSPP in 2022. Victoria has played a key role in formulating the school’s strategic plan and supporting due diligence on two acquisitions.

Victoria has an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management and a B.A. from UCLA.
