Richard Franks

Richard Franks is an experienced security and emergency management professional with a comprehensive background in law enforcement and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as Security Manager at the Jewish Association on Aging since February 2019, Richard also holds the position of Constable with Pennsylvania State Constable since January 2010, providing a range of law enforcement services. As Chief of the Cheswick Volunteer Fire Company and Emergency Management Coordinator for the Borough of Cheswick, Richard has developed emergency operations plans in collaboration with local agencies. Richard's prior roles include Security Specialist with Executive Defense Team, part-time Fire Fighter with Wilkinsburg Fire Department, and Security and Public Safety Manager at SMG, further reflecting a commitment to safety and protection across various settings. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University and an Associate degree in Business and Computer Management.
