Daniel Sloan

Daniel Sloan has a strong background in HRIS operations and data management. Daniel has experience working as a Director of HRIS Operations and an HRIS & HR Data Analytics Manager at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, where they improved data collection, reporting, and data manipulation processes. Daniel also worked as an HRIS Analyst at ANN INC., where they collaborated with Oracle to administer, upgrade, train, and report from Oracle's Taleo applicant tracking system. Additionally, they served as an HRIS Data Management Specialist at Yodle, running complex reporting, preserving data integrity, and managing mass changes to employee data. In their earlier roles, they worked as an HR Systems Administrator at Turner Construction, managing system conversions and creating automated bonus calculation systems, and as an HRIS Analyst at Affiliated Computer Services, designing metrics systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daniel began their career as an HRIS Support Technician at Exxon, providing technical support and creating training materials for end users.

Daniel Sloan attended Azusa Pacific University from 1984 to 1988, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Daniel did not receive a degree during this time.
