Maureen Falcone has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare administration. Maureen most recently served as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, where they played a key role in implementing electronic health records and developing workflow processes for registration and payment follow-up. Prior to that, they were the Director of A/R & Managed Care at the same organization.
Before joining the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, Maureen worked as an Engagement Director at Bronx Lebanon PFS, a subsidiary of The Outsource Group. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all activities of the Managed Care OP business office, including revenue cycle reporting, performance evaluation, and strategic planning.
Earlier in their career, Maureen worked at Westchester Medical Center as a Revenue Cycle Analyst, where they collaborated with executive management to assess and analyze operational processes related to revenue cycle. Maureen also implemented a new revenue cycle system and provided support and training to staff members.
Prior to their work at Westchester Medical Center, Maureen served as the Accounts Receivable Staff Development Coordinator at Westchester Medical Ctr. In this role, they developed and administered educational programs for staff members in the Patient Access Department, implemented policy and procedure manuals, and ensured compliance with patient privacy regulations.
Maureen Falcone obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Farmingdale State College in 1981. In 1994, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mercy University.
