Penelope Blamphin

Penelope Blamphin is an experienced executive in aged care and customer experience, currently serving as the Executive Director of Community Aged Care at Jewish Care Victoria since October 2023. Prior roles include Acting Director of Aged Care Services and Governance & Experience Manager at the same organization, as well as Director of Marketing & Experience at Early Childhood Management Services. Previous experience encompasses senior leadership positions at Regis Aged Care as Head of Marketing and Engagement, and at ahm Health Insurance as Head of Customer Experience and Retention. Penelope Blamphin founded Penelope Blamphin Consulting, offering interim leadership and expertise in customer experience, and held various director roles at the University of Melbourne and The Open University.
