Suzanna Bogushevski - Vaynberg is an experienced professional in aged care and community services, currently serving as a Case Manager at Jewish Care Victoria since May 2019 and as Team Leader of Community Services since September 2014. In this leadership role, Suzanna oversees the CSO team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective communication with program management, performance appraisals, and the management of staff issues and client service delivery. Previously, Suzanna held positions at State Trustees, where responsibilities included team leadership and workflow management, and as a Process Manager at Home Finance Centres of Australia, overseeing mortgage information processing. Additionally, work experience at ANZ involved lending and construction finance. Suzanna holds an Associate’s Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from RMIT University and completed VCE at Bialik College.

Jewish Care Victoria is a highly-regarded not-for-profit organisation and a leader in the delivery of aged care, disability and community support services. In 1848, visionaries in our community established the foundations of Jewish Care with the establishment of the Melbourne Jewish Philanthropic Society to provide assistance to those in need.
