Scott Bateman is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in project management and systems implementation. Currently serving as the HR Projects & Systems Implementation Manager at Jewish Care since January 2021, Scott is responsible for delivering various HR and systems-related projects. Previously, as the HR Programmes & Transformation Manager at Anchor Hanover Group, Scott managed strategic changes in HR service delivery and systems output. Experience also includes significant roles such as the Head of Resourcing at Hanover Housing Association and Senior Resourcing Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co. An educational foundation in Politics and International Relations from the University of Essex is complemented by certifications in Project Management, specifically MSP and Prince2.
