Crescent LaGroon

Crescent LaGroon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, Crescent worked as an Administrative Assistant - Graphic Arts Marketing at Xerox for over a year. From there, they transitioned to Gap Inc./Banana Republic where they served as an Assistant Manager for one year. In 2002, they joined Iberdrola USA as a Representative in Field Services, and remained there for six years. Following that, Crescent worked as a Practice Coordinator at The Few Institute for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery for five years. In 2014, they became an Independent Contractor for The Auctus Group, before taking on the role of Director of Operations and Sales at ReadyNetworks for two and a half years. Currently, since 2018, Crescent is serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at JCFS Chicago.

Crescent LaGroon attended Monroe Community College from 1993 to 1995. During this time, they pursued studies in Accounting and Finance, although they did not graduate with a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Crescent obtained the "Change Management Tips for Leaders" certification from LinkedIn in June 2022, as well as the "Unconscious Bias" certification from LinkedIn in June 2022.
