With experience in organizations such as JCFS Chicago, CQL | The Council on Quality and Leadership, Ray Graham Association, Peace Corps, and Stone Belt ARC, Kathleen has demonstrated strong leadership and the ability to drive growth and improvement in various settings. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University and a degree in Special Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
