Cindy Reid

Cindy Reid is a seasoned community organizer with extensive experience in case management and program development, currently serving at JCCA since May 2019. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens in multiple capacities, including as a Senior Case Manager, where case management services were provided for 100 cases using the Critical Time Intervention Case Management Model. Additional experience includes roles as a Life Coach and Program Director, where workshops were designed for domestic violence, conflict resolution, and academic enrichment. Cindy's earlier experience includes training and supervision of staff at Agassiz Village Summer Camp, case management internships, and legislative support with a focus on human trafficking and domestic violence. Cindy holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Social Work and Political Science from McDaniel College.
