Diane A. Smith (She,Her,Hers)

Diane A. Smith currently serves as a Community Ambassador at JCCA, building community relationships and promoting events that support East Flatbush families. Diane has extensive experience as a Parenting Coach and Notary Public, as well as a long-term role as an Adult Role Model at Planned Parenthood of NYC, where workshops focus on reproductive health and parent-child communication. Previous positions include Verification Specialist and Office Administrative Support at Settlement Housing Fund, Inc., and various administrative roles at American International Group (AIG), including Sr. Admin Assistant and Administrative Assistant II, where Diane provided support to senior leadership and managed office operations. Diane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Communication from Alliance University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Nyack College, alongside a certification in Social Therapeutics from Eastside Institute.
