Carol Chlebana

Carol Chlebana is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compensation management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester since 2021, Carol has previously held similar managerial roles at Finger Lakes Performing Provider System and CooperVision. Notable achievements include managing full cycle recruiting processes and successfully hiring 18 new employees in 2019, as well as leading HR efforts during acquisitions and program integrations at various organizations. With a degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, Carol has developed a well-rounded skill set in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational culture transformation throughout a career spanning over two decades.
