Ursula Burke

Ursula Burke is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Ursula has owned Active Bodies Active Minds since May 2006, focusing on helping individuals achieve health and wellness goals. Additionally, Ursula has served as a Personal Trainer at the JCC of Greater Rochester since October 2008, providing a supportive environment with state-of-the-art equipment and diverse fitness classes. Ursula also worked as an instructor at Cycledelic from January 2012 to June 2013 and previously held the position of Information Services Coordinator at the Child Care Council, Inc. from November 1999 to August 2011. Ursula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from SUNY Geneseo, obtained in 1996.
