Gayle Lidman has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as the Director of Public Programs and Community Engagement at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, where they worked from July 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Special Projects Producer and Public Programs Camp Director from 2017 to 2019 and 2016 to 2017, respectively. Gayle also has experience as an Assistant Camp Director and Youth & Family Administrator at the same organization.

Gayle's earliest work experience dates back to 2001, where they worked as a Residential Counselor and Lifeguard at Lake of the Woods Camp for Girls during summers.

Gayle Lidman received their BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Michigan between 2002 and 2006. Gayle then pursued an MPH degree in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention at Case Western Reserve University from 2006 to 2009.
