Jeannine Luna

Jeannine has helped shape the JCCSF from many vantage points. Most recently, she spent six years as a strategic partner to the CEO and staff across the JCCSF to advance organization communications and change initiatives. As an Organizational Development practitioner, she focuses on championing staff culture and people-centered design and feels equally proud when she leads the adoption of a new organization-wide initiative as when a single staff person has an impactful a-ha moment.

Jeannine’s prior experience comes largely from just down the hall at the JCCSF – she spent 11 years building and leading the JCCSF marketing and communications team. It was her work cultivating the staff community as a JCCSF ambassador that inspired her to shift her attention to Organization Development. She began her career in the environmental sector which is still close to her heart.

Today, she is thrilled to leverage the many layers of her experience and education to advance the organization-wide vision and strategic priorities, amplify the story of JCCSF impacts, and provide executive leadership for two core teams that embody the JCCSF mission – Marketing and Roots & Culture.

Jeannine spends as much time as possible traveling, hiking, cooking, and eating. When not in San Francisco, she lives in Guerneville, California with her wife Samantha and their pup The Birks of Aberfeldy.
