Theresa Arroyo

With nearly three decades of experience in Early Childhood Education, Theresa has done it all: overseen childcare sites, run summer day camps and organized overnight trips for youth. Previously at YMCA of San Francisco as the Children’s Services Director, Theresa was Employee of the Year for three of the 20 years she was there.
