Bonnie Patrick-Mattalian is responsible for providing exceptional member and guest experiences, and for growing the membership. She believes the Kaplen JCC is unmatched in value, program, and services anywhere in the area, and is excited for the future together. As a consultant with 23 years of proven solutions for customer experience delivery success, Bonnie is renowned for understanding consumer insights and behaviors.
Bonnie facilitated the successful launch of over 60 community centers and turnarounds for another 20, including many JCC’s from around the country. A recipient of the LifeFitness/Club Industry Businesswoman of the Year Award, she provided support for all JCCs during the pandemic through her work with the JCCA. Her family is active in law enforcement, and in supporting many charitable causes.
