Francia Fondrose, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Jewish Community Services of South Florida since January 2023. Previously, Francia held multiple roles within Family Resource Center of South Florida, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2023, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resource Assistant, and Transportation Specialist. Francia's early career includes a position as Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from August 2011 to December 2014 and serving as a Resident Assistant at Florida International University from August 2010 to August 2011. Francia earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University from 2016 to 2018 and holds bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the same institution from 2008 to 2011.
