Marcella Cruz

Marcella Cruz has extensive experience in information technology management and service coordination, currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Services and IT Solutions at Jewish Community Services of South Florida since January 2017. Prior to this role, Marcella held various positions, including IT Manager and Resource Coordinator, at Switchboard, Inc. from October 2008 to December 2016. Marcella's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University.
