Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS)
Cathy Carlo Gallione has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer for the Jewish Council for Youth Services since April 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources for the same organization since December 2017 and July 2014, respectively. Before joining the Jewish Council for Youth Services, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Park District of Highland Park from July 1990 to May 2014.
Cathy Carlo Gallione holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago. Cathy has also pursued studies in Human Resources Management and Services at DePaul University.
