Rick Brody

Rick Brody is an experienced Jewish community leader currently serving as the Baskin Jewish Community Chaplain at Jewish Family Service of Colorado since December 2018. Brody previously held roles as a Journey Facilitator at Uber and a Sacred Accompaniment Professional at Lyft, both from January 2018 to March 2020. Experience in educational and community settings includes serving as the Director of Jewish Student Life at University of Delaware Hillel and the Director of Jewish Life at Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy. Brody also worked as a Curriculum Analyst & Reviewer for the Institute for Curriculum Services, Rabbi at Congregation Kol Halev, and Instructor for the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Hebrew Letters from Reconstructionist Rabbinical College and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University.
