Sara Bedford

Sara Bedford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in refugee and community services, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and New American Program Director at Jewish Family Service of Western Massachusetts. Prior roles include Program Manager at HIAS, where Sara managed a significant portion of the affiliate network, and Senior Program Associate, focusing on growth strategies and partnership development for refugee integration. Additional experience includes data analysis at NYU Furman Center, program development at Church World Service, and various roles at the International Rescue Committee, including Cultural Orientation Coordinator. Sara holds a Master's in Public Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Boston College.
