Jill Gavin currently serves as the Associate Director of Refugee Programs at Jewish Family Services of Western New York, overseeing ORR funded programs and leading a multicultural team of 20. With experience as a Community Education Manager and Family Support Program Coordinator, Jill has focused on community programming for New Americans and the delivery of parent education programs for diverse families. Previous roles include Grants Consultant for nonprofit clients, International Grants and Partnerships Manager at World Hope International, Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Mozambique, and AmeriCorps VISTA Program Assistant. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University at Albany and has completed training as a Heart Intelligence Coach.
