Carly Glikman

Carly Glikman currently serves as the Vice President of the Annual Campaign for the Jewish Federation of Broward County since July 2024, focusing on fundraising strategy development and leading the development department. Prior to this role, Carly held the position of Senior Director of Campaign at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas from January 2022 to July 2024, managing major gifts and overseeing an annual total of $8 million. Additionally, experience includes serving as the Director of Development at Strelitz International Academy, where major donor engagement was enhanced, and as Outreach Manager at the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater, where community engagement initiatives were created. Earlier career experience includes positions within the same organization in young adult programming and at 21st Century Oncology, where Carly managed patient services. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and completion of a fellowship with The iCenter.
