Tova Baruch currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Donor Services at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement. As an Emeritus Board Member and former President of the Cabbagetown Initiative Community Development Corporation, Tova has significantly contributed to community development initiatives, including securing over $900,000 for local parks and running the successful "Chomp and Stomp" festival. Tova's experience in education includes roles such as Project Leader and Educator at Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, where innovative projects were led to enhance staff satisfaction and student success.
