Phillip Malcom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Phillip began their career as a Gifted Mentor at Lincoln Public Schools in 2009, where they worked until 2012. In 2010, they joined RiverTree Community Church as their Arts Director, holding the position until 2012. From 2002 to 2015, Phillip worked as a Private Tutor while also co-founding and serving as the Board President, Writer, Composer, and Producer for The Colonel Mustard Amateur Attic Theatre Company from 2007 to 2017. In 2012, they joined the Jewish Federation of Omaha, starting as a Campus and Events Assistant and gradually working their way up to Building Operations Manager, Campus and Building Operations Coordinator, and Campus Manager. Currently, Phillip is working as the Chief Operating Officer at the Jewish Federation of Omaha.
