Sara Hassin

Sara Hassin has a diverse work experience with a focus on non-profit organizations and community development. Sara is currently serving as the Development Director, Business & Professionals at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Student Intern at the International Institute for Counter Terrorism. Sara also held roles at Masa Israel Journey as the Florida Regional Manager & North American Career Development Programs Manager, and at Debbie Joseph Consulting, Inc. as a Consultant. Sara gained experience in programming and event coordination during their time as a Programming Assistant at Park Avenue Synagogue. Additionally, Sara has interned as a Community/Marketing Manager at shopnfly and as a Public Relations Intern at UF Hillel and Hasbara Fellowships. Sara started their career as a Taglit Birthright Recruiter at UF Hillel. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated a strong dedication to their field and a passion for creating positive change in their community.

Sara Hassin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a concentration in Business from the University of Florida, a four-year program that lasted from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Government with a specialization in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security with a concentration in Cyber-Terrorism from Reichman University. This program spanned from 2020 to 2021.
