Josh Minzer

Josh Minzer currently serves as the Director of Leadership and Engagement at the Jewish Federation of San Diego, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Josh worked as the West Coast Community Manager at Mem Global, managing programs for 25 houses with over 100 residents. Experience also includes a short tenure as a Technical Training Administrator II at GKN Aerospace, where foundational systems for a training department were developed. At BBYO, Josh occupied multiple roles, culminating in the Regional Director position, where significant programming initiatives were implemented. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles in camp settings and educational institutions, with a focus on curriculum development and programming for youth. Josh holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Arizona.
