Ashar Hanniel

Ashar Hanniel is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and support roles. Currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and Our Family of Agencies since June 2023, Ashar has a strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly adolescents. Previous positions include Clinical Associate at Brett DiNovi & Associates, Behavioral Care Specialist at CFG Health Systems, and Behavioral Health Technician at Elwyn, among others. Ashar has demonstrated a commitment to fostering independence in clients, alongside responsibilities in medication administration and client support for those with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Early experience includes roles as a Community Outreach Worker at New Jersey Mentor and various positions in transportation and personal care. Ashar also volunteered in IT support at Inolex Chemical Company.
