Rebecca Caspi

Rebecca Caspi is a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Israel & Overseas and Director General of the Israel Office at The Jewish Federations of North America since 2007, Rebecca is responsible for providing policy direction and leading multi-million dollar programs focused on crisis management, fundraising, and cross-cultural collaboration. Prior to this role, Rebecca held several key positions at JDC, including Executive Director of Worldwide Human Resource Development, where a global HR strategy was established, and Deputy Director of International Relations, which included major gifts fundraising and community relations. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MA in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from New York University, and a BA in Archaeology and Ancient History from the University of Pennsylvania.
