Ted Merwin

Ted Merwin, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in writing and leadership within the Jewish community. Currently serving as a Senior Writer for The Jewish Federations of North America, Ted has also held significant roles such as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Synagogue Initiative Director at AIPAC and a Freelance Journalist for The New York Jewish Week. Additionally, Ted directed the Asbell Center for Jewish Life at Dickinson College and worked as a Medicaid Program Officer for the Health Insurance Plan of Greater New York. Ted earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Theatre from the City University of New York Graduate School and a Master’s degree in Theatre from Hunter College.
