Stevens Esperant has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and business development. Stevens started their career in 2014 as a Business Development Associate at NTP Software. In 2016, they worked as a Contractor at Revert Inc. In 2018, they joined Fletcher Tilton PC - Attorneys at Law as a System Administrator. Currently, they are working at Jewish Healthcare Center as a Director of IT since February 2021, previously holding the position of Information Technology Manager from June 2019 to February 2021.

Stevens Esperant earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing their studies between 2012 and 2016.
