Ezra HaLevi has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ezra started their career in 2000 as an intern at the Jewish Legal Heritage Division of the Israel Justice Ministry. Ezra then joined Israel National News in 2003 as a News Editor, where they played a key role in deploying the features section of the English site and utilizing Google News algorithm to increase site traffic. In 2008, they became the Chief of Staff at Referral Technology, Inc., where they focused on special projects, brand development, and web traffic growth. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at BusinessLeads.com as the Product & Growth lead, overseeing the development of the company's prototype and managing the marketing and sales team. In 2013, they founded Digital Levite, a consulting service that helps businesses identify the right technology and channels for growth. Since 2015, they have been working at Jewish Home Family, initially as the Director of Community Relations and Outreach, and later as the Director of Communications and Technology. Ezra also has experience in digital strategy, having worked in that capacity at SINAI Schools from 2015 to 2020. Throughout their career, Ezra HaLevi has demonstrated a strong focus on utilizing technology and strategic marketing to drive growth and success for various organizations.
Ezra HaLevi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Bar-Ilan University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Yeshiva University from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they recently obtained a certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the NJ Department of Health in 2022.

The Jewish Home Family is the organizational parent of the Jewish Home at Rockleigh - Russ Berrie Home for Jewish Living, the Jewish Home Assisted Living - Kaplen Family Senior Residence, the Jewish Home at Home and the Jewish Home Foundation of North Jersey. The Jewish Home Family oversees the activities, performance and financial health of its constituent organizations and attempts to identify, define and address those areas in which the needs of our elderly remain unmet. As such, the Jewish Home Family constitutes the significant resource through which the Jewish communities of Bergen, Hudson and Rockland Counties care for their elderly. The mission of the Jewish Home Family and its constituent organizations is to provide the very best care, service and guidance for the benefit of our elderly and their families, at home and at our facilities, now and into the future, regardless of race, religion or financial ability, consistent with our Jewish traditions and values.
