Lauren Baruch

Lauren Baruch has extensive experience in the senior living industry, holding various executive roles throughout their career. Lauren began their career in 1996 as an Executive Director at Whitehall Residence, where they served for five years. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as an Executive Director at Alterra Healthcare before joining Atria Senior Living Group as an Executive Director from 2004 to 2007. Most recently, they worked at Jewish Home Assisted Living from 2007 to 2020, where they served as the Executive Director. In 2020, they transitioned to their current role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Jewish Home Family.

Lauren Baruch obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Hartford in 1991. Lauren also holds additional certifications including a Masters Certificate in Senior Care Management from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
