Lyndsey Anderson

Lyndsey Anderson serves as the Director of Visitor Experience at The Jewish Museum since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing ticketing systems, managing visitor experiences, and leading initiatives for accessibility and safety. Prior roles include New York Partnerships and Volunteer Engagement Manager at America Needs You, where Lyndsey facilitated professional development workshops and managed volunteer engagement efforts, and Manager of Visitor Experience and Access Programs at Rubin Museum of Art, overseeing visitor services and access programs. Additionally, Lyndsey has extensive experience in educational roles within various museums and a military background as a Sergeant in the Iowa Army National Guard. Lyndsey holds a Master of Science in Education in Leadership in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education, a Master’s degree in Museum Studies from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Anthropology from the University of Iowa.
