Dr. Morton Mower (Avon & Denver, CO) is a King Solomon Society and World Chairman’s Council member, former chair and now interim chair of JNF Parsons Water Fund, and co-chair of the Water Task Force. He is a physician specializing in cardiology, board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, and a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Heart Association, American Congress of Cardiology, and the American Society for Artificial Internal Organs. He is the inventor of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) for congestive heart failure and the Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator (ICD), and now continues research work in defibrillators and new uses for artificial pacemakers in a number of laboratories, here in the US and abroad. Morton also serves on the Mountain States Board of Directors, and as an advisor to the Board of Starting Hearts in Vail, CO.
