Marc Reich

Marc Reich is a board member at Jewish Senior Life. Marc was previously the business relationship manager at Excellus BCBS from February 2008 to October 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with internal business partners. This included ensuring end-to-end alignment on strategies, business processes, technology, Projects/SR's, customer expectations and delivery metrics between IT and the business units. The key focus was to ensure alignment in direction, managing demand and successfully meeting business needs. Marc also played a key role in executing some of the Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives within the business areas. The Business Relationship Manager acted as the primary liaison for each business unit. Some of the key initiatives they were involved in include the evaluation and implementation of a CRM solution, the deployment of numerous mandates, the creation of business and IT strategy, the assessment and implementation of a billing solution, and the rollout of numerous strategic and divisional projects. The departments they supported included marketing and sales, membership and billing, government programs, customer support, information technology, finance and administration, and corporate publishing.

Marc Reich received a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo. Marc has since gone on to work in management and legal fields.
