Program Manager Holocaust Survivors Program at Jewish Social Service Agency

Deborah Adler is an accomplished program manager and sales leader with extensive experience in aging services and community relations. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Holocaust Survivors Program at JSSA since July 2018, Deborah has previously held significant roles including Director of Sales at MemoryWell, where a comprehensive sales strategy for a digital platform for elder storytelling was developed. Deborah's expertise spans director positions at LeadingAgeMaryland, Copper Ridge, and Easter Seals Greater Washington-Baltimore Region, where new programs for seniors and adults with disabilities were established. Additionally, Deborah has coordinated executive education offerings at The Erickson School at UMBC and led marketing efforts at Coventry CareLink. Deborah holds a Master of Arts in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
