Ilaria Driver is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the Jewish Social Service Agency since March 2020, Ilaria helps the organization meet the diverse needs of the Washington metropolitan area community. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at the National Electrical Benefit Fund, where Ilaria managed comprehensive HR administration, and Human Resources/Recruiting Manager at Global Network Systems, focusing on aligning HR objectives with organizational goals.
